Treatment Should Fit Your Budget
We believe you should have access to affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget.
Insurance
We accept many major insurance providers’ policies if orthodontic coverage is on your insurance plan. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that’s distinct from regular dental insurance.
Champlain Orthodontics will work directly with you to verify any coverage you may have. Once treatment has started, we’ll file your claims. To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If your benefits change during treatment, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
Fees & Payments
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we’ll explain all costs before treatment is administered.
We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs.
You can pay by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Many employers offer an FSA or HSA account to their employees. This allows you to contribute a pre-determined amount to an account whose funds can be used for medical needs. The amount you determine to have withdrawn is taken out pre-tax from each of your paychecks.
FSA and HSA accounts generally “reset” every year, so please ask if you need help planning for your orthodontic needs. For more information, contact your employer or healthcare administrator.
